Technical support is available at any time right within the Alike interface.
From the Help menu , you have access to documentation; such as our Getting Started Guide and this Admin Guide. You may also search through technical articles found in the Quadric Software knowledge base.
Opening a Support Ticket
For customers with active maintenance contracts and Free Trial users, you can even open a technical support ticket directly from the Help->Quadric Support menu option.
